Shaytober

Sorry I haven't posted in a while. I am going to do Shaytober. If you don't know what that is, it is a month long of fitness in October. It is on a YouTube channel called shayloss. I am going to be a part of it. My 2 goals in that month are to, run at least a mile and give up on soda and candy. I went grocery shopping and I did not buy anything unhealthy (yay for me). I am going to start out slow and just walk a mile. I started today and it only took me 25 minutes to walk that mile so I am going to do 3 mile on my days off. I promise I will keep you informed of my progress.
