Happiness Challenge

Tonight I had my Tuesday night casual church service. It's for people who work on the weekend. The pastor says it's about serving god and not what you wear. Tonight the Pastor was in shorts and flip flops. His sermon tonight was amazing and he even gave us a challenge to do which I am going to do and pass on to you to do. He told us that the key to happiness is social contact. The challenge he gave us was to make contact with someone we care about each day for 21 days and tell them what they mean to you. He says if you do it for 21 days, it starts becoming a habit. After 21 days of doing this everyday, your happiness level should be much higher then when you started. I started right after church tonight by texting an old friend who moved to florida and who I have not talk to in a year. We started catching up and I feel like I have my friend back again. I think this is a great challenge to do. I will keep you up to date on it. If anyone is reading this and does the challenge, let me know how it goes.
